The former chairperson of the Niger Delta Development Commission’s governing board, Lauretta Onochie, has expressed her belief that Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, will never be declared as the President of Nigeria.
Onochie made this assertion in response to Obi’s recent press conference in which he challenged President Bola Tinubu to disclose his true identity, particularly in light of questions surrounding the president’s academic records from Chicago State University.
She further conveyed her opinion on Twitter, stating that Peter Obi does not deserve to lead the nation due to his distant third-place finish in the elections and his unsuitable temperament for leading a diverse country like Nigeria.
Onochie also criticized Obi’s tenure as governor, claiming that the South-east became a “war zone” and that the economy and property suffered under his leadership.
She described Obi’s request for Tinubu to reveal his identity as “idiotic” and defended Tinubu’s background as a two-term governor of Lagos State.
She concluded by playfully fabricating a fictional background for the President, suggesting his name is “Nemesis Jupiter,” and advised Peter Obi to enjoy his retirement and time with his grandchildren.
