Nigeria’s young scholars have once again proven their brilliance on the global stage, earning top honours at the 2025 TeenEagle UK Global Finals in London.
Seventeen-year-old Nafisa Abdullah Aminu emerged as World’s Best in English Language Skills, surpassing more than 20,000 contestants from 69 countries. Her achievement places her among the most exceptional young linguists in the world.

Fifteen-year-old Rukayya Muhammad Fema claimed the Champion title in Debate Skills, showcasing sharp reasoning and persuasive eloquence that impressed international judges. In addition, Hadiza Kashim Kalli received the Outstanding Talent Gold Medal for her exceptional abilities.
Overall, the Nigerian delegation delivered an outstanding performance, securing 1 gold, 2 silver, 5 bronze medals, and 5 Honourable Mentions. This remarkable medal haul positioned Nigeria among the competition’s highest-ranking nations.
