Beyoncé has broken the record for the most Grammy wins in history.

Date:

Queen of Pop Beyoncé retained her first place at the Grammy Awards on Sunday with her 32nd win and fourth standing ovation of the night.

The 41-year-old started the day with the most chance of winning a Grammy at age 9 after releasing “Renaissance,” a rich, layered verse about club music. She won the Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Music Album for his hit “Renaissance”, beating out the late classical conductor Georg Solti, who won 31 awards.

I try not to be too emotional. And I was just going to spend the night,” Queen Bey said in a pompous dress, with hair shining in mermaid waves, as her peers watched the historic moment.
In a historically diverse record that pays homage to her family and the pioneers of funk, soul, rap, house and disco, Beyoncé pays homage to the queer community that created the genres she celebrates.

Beyoncé remains a serious contender for major awards in the Album, Recording and Song of the Year categories. The same goes for British singer Adele, who has received seven nominations for her introspective album 30.

The 2023 event compares sharply to 2017, when Adele won the grand prize at the lavish music business gala by beating Queen Bey’s culture-shattering lemonade.
