“A Nigerian gentleman celebrates receiving N36 million from Twitter through revenue sharing from ads.”

Date:

A Nigerian user known as Logik, using the handle #iamlogikk, joyfully marked the receipt of a substantial payment of N36,858,567 from the app’s ad revenue sharing program initiated by its owner, Elon Musk, on a Saturday.

Logik graciously shared payment statistics screenshots on their X profile.

In a brief caption for the post, Logik expressed their gratitude, simply writing, “36m… God bless Elon Musk.”

X initially launched its new payment scheme in the United States in July and recently expanded it to encompass verified global users, including those subscribed to Twitter Blue.

Additionally, several Nigerian content creators on the microblogging app have started to receive payments.

For instance, Bamidele, who commands an impressive following of 102.5k users, was entitled to N491k on the app but chose to withdraw N245k at the time.
