There is compelling evidence indicating that Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State has returned to the country after his medical sojourn in Germany.
Several months ago, the governor departed for medical treatment in Germany and reports suggest that he has now come back to the country, with this information being confirmed through a post on his wife, Betty Akeredolu’s social media account. She captioned a photo of her husband on an airplane with the word “Homebound.”
Additionally, Mr. Wole Ogunmolasuyi, the Majority Leader of the Ondo State House of Assembly, has also corroborated the news of Governor Akeredolu’s return, confirming that he is already at his residence in Ibadan.
Ogunmolasuyi remarked, “We are grateful to God that the governor has arrived in the country. He landed in Abuja and proceeded directly to Ibadan.”
