An actress, Tana Adelana, does not agree with the school of thought that says Nollywood movies are predictable.
In an interview with Saturday Beats, she said, “I don’t share the opinion that Nollywood movies are unpredictable and lack suspense. I watch Hollywood films too, and apart from superhero films and a handful of others, the simple movies such as the ones with Christmas themes, are the same. It is not peculiar to Nollywood. While some movies might be predictable, we also have some beautiful movies with amazing and unpredictable story lines. All you need to do is just log on to the popular movie streaming platforms.”
Speaking on her beauty routing, the actress said, “I eat right, drink a lot of water and avoid chemicals as much as I can. I also mind the business that pays me.”
On if she is as a strict as she has portrayed in some movies, she said, “To a reasonable extent, yes. I am principled, and I always stand for whatever I believe in.”
