Prepare for the arrival of AfroNation Lagos

Date:

Prepare for the arrival of Afro Nation Lagos! The organizers of the renowned Afrobeats Festival, Afro Nation, have announced their intentions to host the event’s inaugural edition in Nigeria this year.

As the world’s largest Afrobeats extravaganza, Afro Nation will captivate audiences in Portugal and the United States before making its way to Lagos.

SMADE, co-founder of Afro Nation and widely recognized as Adesegun Adeosun, revealed that the festival’s purpose is to bring together the diaspora in the birthplace of afrobeats.

He said, “Nigeria is the home to so many international superstars who have made Afrobeats a globally loved genre.

“As someone who grew up in Lagos, and then spent years promoting African music in London and beyond, this will truly be a full circle moment, bringing the Afro Nation show back home to Lagos.

“We can’t wait for the biggest celebration of African music the world has ever seen,” he said.
