Ghana’s entertainment industry has been thrown into mourning following the passing of actress and media personality Beverly Afaglo Baah. The heartbreaking news was confirmed by her husband, musician Choirmaster of the music group Praye, in an emotional social media tribute shared on Sunday.
According to reports, Beverly Afaglo passed away just days before her birthday, leaving fans, colleagues, and loved ones in shock across Ghana and beyond.
Known for her contributions to Ghanaian film and television, Beverly built a respected career across acting, media, and entrepreneurship. Over the years, she became recognized for her performances in productions such as Single Six, A Northern Affair, Aloe Vera, and several other Ghanaian films and television projects.
Beyond acting, she was also admired for her resilience, especially after rebuilding her life and business following the tragic fire incident that destroyed her family home in 2021.
