“Afia TV” launched the first regional television station in the South-East.

Afia TV started out as the first regional television station in the southeast of Nigeria.

The TV channel launched on February 17, 2023 on DStv and GOtv as the latest channels to offer free streaming options to subscribers on both platforms.

The channel offers a 24/7 mix of top-notch entertainment, documentaries, movies and local news to promote local culture, business and entertainment.

Broadcasting in English, Pidgin and Igbo, the station aims to promote local business and entertainment by positioning itself as a resource for anyone looking for accurate and educational content about the area.
