Olaotomo enjoys the Miss Oodua 2023 crown.

Date:

Opeyemi Olaotomo (Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Ekiti), who recently became the most beautiful girl in the state of Oodua, was delighted with the achievement.

Olaotomo was crowned Miss Odua in a ceremony at Ile-Ife.

A Level 300 graduate of Ado-Ekiti Crown Polytechnic Institute, Olaotomo won the Miss Oodua beauty pageant hosted by the Olokun Festival Foundation under the direction of Aare Gani Adams.

Dark-shinned Miss Oodua 2023, representing Akure in the pageant, said she was very pleased with the results of the pageant.

“Honestly, I did not expect this. I prayed that I would at least finish second or third and become the best, but when I took first place, God somehow had other plans. At that moment, I wanted to jump and kiss the stars.” It hasn’t been an easy road for me. The competition was tough, but I’m proud to have won first place in a competition that included 6 states in the southwest region. I give all this fabulous glory to God. Olaotomo said.

“Participants came from all the provinces of Oodua (Oyo, Ondo, Osun, Ogun, Ekiti and Lagos). We were at the camp together and the organizers introduced us to the competition routine about 4 days before D-Day in Ife. It was fun and exciting, but like I said, I didn’t expect to win, but somehow the timing seemed to make a difference.
