Netflix bans password sharing from March 2023


In March 2023, Netflix will stop allowing subscribers to share their account passwords with anyone outside the home.

The streaming service provider has shared its plans through March in a statement explaining why it will be restricting password sharing.

Netflix plans to ban password sharing by March 2023.

The company expects to generate approximately $720 million in revenue from this change.”

Netflix lets you share with up to four other people to enjoy live streams and the latest movies, but for many stakeholders, sharing with close friends, colleagues, and family is a thing of the past.

The streaming service now plans to introduce a paid exchange starting in March 2023.

Netflix is ā€‹ā€‹a streaming service that streams award-winning TV shows, movies, anime, documentaries and more to thousands of internet-connected devices.
