Dr. Lalu’s recent on-the-spot visit to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) center for blind candidates at the National Open University Nigeria (NOUN), Jabi, Abuja, highlights his commitment to advancing the rights of Persons with Disabilities.
