Newly crowned Head of House Eloswag has picked Chizzy, Daniella, Kess, Modella, Pharmsavi, Amaka, and Groovy for possible eviction.

Eloswag reemerged the HoH for this week after flopping Hermes and Bryann during the final Head of House game.

Justifying his reason for nominating Daniella, the HoH said she is a strong competitor in the arena games.

Daniella is strong in arena games and the love of her life is gone,” he told Biggie.

An annoyed Eloswag vowed to put Chi Chi up for nominations next time should he win the Head of House title.

“Don’t talk to me anyhow,” Eloswag warned Chi Chi.

Meanwhile Modella and Chizzy are immune from eviction next week.

Comedian Bovi Ugboma has raised the alarm about being trailed by his ‘village people’ abroad.

He cried out after noticing a strange ‘occurrence’ in his photo.

The humour merchant, who’s been away with his family holidaying, recently visited the Inter Continental Buck head Atlanta USA where he decided to pose for a photo.

But he was shocked by what he saw in the background of his photo because according to him, it was just in the building when the said photo was taken.

The camera did not just capture Bovi but also what looked like an elderly woman clad in a robe wearing bonnet.

Posting the picture, the utterly startled father of three said: “There was no one in the building when I took this picture. Now zoom and see how scary this can be. My village people have followed me abroad.”

Jesse Jagz vows to get Grammy award

Rapper Jesse Garba Abaga aka Jesse Jagz, has boasted about bringing home the prestigious Grammy award.

He stated in an interview with YouTuber, Steve Bussa that he would certainly join the sparse list of Nigerians artistes who have won a Grammy.

Revealing the sole reason he’d be bringing home the first Grammy award to Jos, the town he grew up, the “God on the Mic” rap star claimed it was because it belonged to him.

Jesse Jagz, who’s the younger brother to popular rapper MI, also noted it would be an avenue too to show critics that anything is possible.

The 38-year-old entertainer said: “The fucking Grammy Steve, it’s mine. I own it! I’m going to bring it to Jos and show them that it’s possible. Grammys straight!!”

Daniella has been inconsolable following the eviction of Khalid from BBNaija Level Up edition.

The poet was the most disturbed by Khalid’s eviction since he completed 22 days in the house.

As soon as Ebuka read his name out, Daniella let out an audible wail as she got up to give Khalid a heartfelt hug.

After the show ended, Daniella secluded herself from the others and disappeared into the bedroom where she continued crying.

Modella sought her out and when she found her in the room crying, she tried her best to comfort her.

Soon after Modella took Daniella’s side in a bid to console her, Kess joined Modella and shared comforting words with the distraught Daniella.

The pair pleaded with Daniella to take heart and assured her that Khalid is fine and wouldn’t want to see her in the state that she was in.
This seemed to have worked because the tears stopped flowing from Daniella’s eyes, though she maintained her somber mood.

The handlers of pop icon, Innocent Idibia, aka 2Baba, have described as mere rumours the report that the singer is expecting a baby from another woman.

Many had insinuated that the singer had impregnated another woman after he made a post on social media apologising to his wife, Annie for ‘messing up’ and embarrassing her.

In the post that went viral on the internet, 2Baba wrote in part, “This is no stunt. I am sorry for all the embarrassment I’ve caused my wife, my kids, my mother and all our families, and my management team. I am not looking for sympathy. I am not trying to make myself look good. This is no reverse psychology…”

However, in a statement sent to Sunday Scoop, the singer’s management insisted that there was no hidden meaning in the post. The statement read, “It is understandable for fans, friends and concerned members of the public to get curious and seek to know why 2baba posted an apology to his wife, family and management a few days ago.

We will like to put it on record that the ‘why’ is exactly what was explicitly spelt out in the same post— the pressure of almost a quarter of century of superstardom and a wish to focus on making music without the burden of high expectations of a role model.

“Reports of him getting anyone pregnant are totally false and malicious and we urge well-meaning media platforms and members of the public to completely disregard such. It is fake news.

“Many will recall that this fictitious banker character has been repeatedly getting ‘e-pregnant’ for 2Baba every two or three years since 2014. There is no iota of truth in the allegation.”

Businessman and music executive, Emperor Geezy, has explained why he is not active on social media platforms.

Born Festus Ehimare, Emperor Geezy is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of G-Worldwide Entertainment.

He said his oftentimes long absence on social media platforms was to ensure he pushed out quality content rather than clout-chasing.

Sharing his plans for the Nigerian entertainment industry in a statement on Monday, Geezy said his commitment to seeking talents in Nigeria and across Africa has limited his online presence.

According to him, G-Worldwide Entertainment as an incubator for new talent and a hub for African music is raising the bar for not just Nigerian musicians and actors, but also for Africa as a whole.

“I got A&R in and outside African countries in search of great talent. My motto is one of the reasons I only show up on social media with something new, and not, cloud chasing.

As a businessman, owning multiple businesses in Nigeria has made me more of an introvert for social media”.

He, however, said his absence on social media “doesn’t limit me from socializing behind the scenes; but not on social media, real-life stuff”.

On his plans for the industry, Emperor Geezy said he would be focusing on growth and committed to creating the right environment for talents to flourish.

“G-Worldwide is not just a record label, but a 360-entertainment company, housing a music and movie production division and providing the best of our services on music recording, music publishing, music and film distribution, film production, talent management, film promotion, promotional recording, radio promotion, and a lot more.

“As industry experts, we focus on growth and creating a conducive environment for talents in the entertainment industry,” he said.

Talents discovered by Emperor Geezy include Iceberg Slim, Kizz Daniel, Sugarboy, and DJ Shabsy.

The famous Nigerian hip-hop act, Eedris Abdulkareem, Saturday, revealed that his wife, Yetunde, is his kidney donor.

The musician, who went public with his kidney ailment in July, revealed this at Freedom Vibes 6.0, a colloquium organised in his honour at Freedom Park, Lagos.

Eedris, 48, said: “I am shouting to my wife. I’m talking about the first time we went to see our doctor; the doctor said they don’t encourage kidney harvesting, selling of kidneys and all that, that the donor has to be a family member, a friend, you know; whether your daughter or your brother or your son, you know”.

“So right there, my wife decided to take all the tests, and from all the tests she took, everything came out positive that she was compatible with me. So I’m giving God the glory and thank God that I don’t have to wait for one year or two years because I know it’s not easy”.

It is the first time the outspoken singer would confirm the identity of his kidney donor.

Eedris wedded his wife in 2003; they have three children together.

Until recently, his wife had managed to maintain a low profile despite being married to a celebrity.

The singer, who joined the event via zoom, didn’t look like his typical self but managed to give an impressive speech.

Evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Khalid has spoken about his relationship with Daniella.

Khalid, who was evicted during the live show on Sunday, told Ebuka that his relationship with Daniella is serious.

He said although he didn’t plan on having a relationship in the show, it happened fast.

“It was quick, I knew I said I didn’t want a relationship but it hit me like a bus. It is serious.”

When asked how he felt about his eviction he said, “It’s a lot of emotion right now. I’m just grateful.”

Daniella and Khalid had been criticized for ‘making love’ in the house.

Both ‘Level up’ housemates were seen ‘making love’ under the duvet last Sunday night.

The videos showing their act have since gone viral and stirred reactions online.
